1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item.
- You request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is in unused, unwashed, and original condition with tags.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Used, washed, or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Size issues due to personal measurement error
- Clearance or sale items
- Amazon affiliate products (fulfilled by Amazon)
3. Amazon Affiliate Products Return Policy
For Amazon affiliate products:
- All returns, refunds, and replacements are managed by Amazon.com, not Syed Shopping Store.
- You must follow Amazon’s return policy on their website.
4. Return Process (Pakistan Orders Only)
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days.
- Provide your order number, pictures, and issue details.
- Once approved, send the item back via courier.
- After inspection, we will provide:
- Exchange (same item or different size)
- Store Credit
Note: Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.
5. Refund Policy
We currently offer exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds.
6. Delivery Issues
If the courier marks your order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
